CANCELLATION PENALTIES

  • Initial deposit of $250 is non-refundable; 
  • Full deposits of $250 per person is due on or before 9/15/19; If not, received cabin space will be canceled deposits will be forfeited. NO REFUNDS!
  • Final payments are due on or before April 1, 2020 by 10:00 p.m.  Payments received after may incur a late fee of $10 per guest in cabin. 
  • WYLT reserves the right to release any cabin where payments have not been made per the payment plan associated with this group booking. 

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give your agent a call with any question.
