- Carnival VIFP members: Once you register for the cruise, your agent will be able to pull her VIFP number to review the rates/promotion attached to your VIFP number. You will always be booked under the best option available.
- Initial deposit of $50.00 per person is non-refundable and non-transferable. IMPORTANT: Paying $50.00 does not lock in a specific cabin. Once you reach the full deposit amount ($150 per person) a cabin will be booked. At that point, you will receive a cabin assignment and room number.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
An initial deposit of $50* per person (pp) per cabin (non-refundable and non-transferable) is due on or before November 11, 2022. Pricing is subject to change after November 11, 2022.
*The initial deposit just holds a space for the cruise. All rooms will be booked when the full deposit of $150 per person is received. Pricing is subject to change until the full deposit is received and booking is completed.
2nd Deposit - $100.00 pp is due on or before December 9, 2022 (non-refundable and non-transferable). Rooms will be booked on this date.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Once your full deposit of $150.00 per person per cabin is received, your cabin will be booked. To receive a booking/cabin number the full deposit is required. Prices are subject to change after December 9, 2022.
- Payments not received on the scheduled due date may be subjected to a late fee.
- FINAL PAYMENT: . Payments must be made on time to comply with the group contact guideline provided by the cruise line. Payments not received by 5:00 p.m. on the May 5, 2023 (the final payment date) may incur a $25.00 late fee per person and/or cancellation of your cabin.
- Prices are valid on the available cabin being held within the group. When the group cabin allotment sells out, pricing will given at the cruise lines prevailing rate. Group rates are subject to increase after December 9, 2022.
