I understand that if traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport (valid for up to six months after time of arrival to your travel destination) and depending upon my destination and the origin of my passport, I may also need to obtain a visa. Any cancellations due to lack of correct travel documentation will incur penalties as per Whatever You Like Travel, LLC (WYLT) policy at time of booking.
PASSPORT: A valid passport is required for U.S. Citizens traveling internationally. Visit www.travel.state.gov for specific requirements. If you are not a U.S. Citizen, please check with the consulate of the country to which you are traveling for entry requirements.

IMPORTANT: Availability is subject to change and prices are subject to increase prior to the time you make full payment. Prices are not subject to increase after you make full payment, except for charges resulting from increased government-imposed taxes or fees.
DEPOSITS/REFUNDS: Initial deposits start at $150 per person for land packages. All resort deposit varies. Cruise deposits are based on length of cruises. Per WYLT guidelines, all initial deposits are non-refundable. Refunds (minus initial deposit) from supplier will be given on all packages within 30 days of booking per supplier guidelines. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Cancellations after 30 days is subject to complete loss per WYLT guidelines. Vendor cancellation policy is always in effect and is at their total discretion apart and separate from WYLT cancellation fee. This is at the discretion of the agent. By booking with WYLT, client agrees to pay all fees assessed by vendor (i.e. resort, cruise line, hotel etc.) and/or incurred by Whatever You Like Travel, LLC. (WYLT).
PAYMENT TERMS: If you are booking your vacation more than 45 days before departure, you may elect to pay your balance in full at time of booking, or (if applicable) to make an initial deposit and pay the remaining balance no less than 45 days before departure. The initial deposit will be charged to a credit card at time of booking or may be made by money order, CashApp, Zelle, and/or PayPal.me/wyltravel. WYLT may require a non-refundable $200 per person deposit for service rendered on booking on all bookings.
AIR: If your booking includes air travel, such airfare is subject to the policies of the issuing airline and may be non-refundable once ticketed. Thereafter, any amendment or any changes to a reservation once booked and paid or deposited constitutes a cancellation and any ticket exchanges, changes, reissues and cancellations may require additional funds. In addition to retaining any non-refundable deposit, cancelled bookings may incur charges up to 100% of the cost of the booking depending on the Airlines rules. In the event the airfare is canceled, the airfare may be exchanged for another trip, under the same passenger names, so long as the trip is completed within 365 day of the original ticket issue date.
ADDITIONAL TAXES: Additional taxes and surcharges that cannot be pre-collected may be charged locally by car rental agencies, hotels or other suppliers.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We always recommend that all travelers purchase Travel Insurance for their vacation package. Any insurance you have purchased is listed under insurance components. Please contact your travel agent for plan details, plan costs and a description of coverage.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: Federal law prohibits the carriage of certain hazardous materials, such as aerosols, fireworks, and flammable liquids, aboard an aircraft. If you do not understand these restrictions contact your airline.
LIABILITY: Whatever You Like Travel, LLC., and its employees, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, agents and assigns do not own or operate any entity which provides goods and services for your travel including without limitation, lodging facilities, airline, vessel, motor coach or other transportation companies, guides or guide services, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions, food service providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors and are in no way affiliated with Whatever You Like Travel, LLC. Whatever You Like Travel, LLC., is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any travel service provider or of any third party. Whatever You Like Travel, LLC., is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to person or property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strike or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities, of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation, or any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. If due to weather, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors you are required to spend additional night(s), you will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers and meal costs. Baggage is entirely at owner's risk. You may see the name Whatever You Like Travel, LLC., affixed to motor vehicles, on signs around the hotel or elsewhere. This use of our name is purely for reasons of identification and does not denote ownership, supervision, or control by Whatever You Like Travel, LLC, in any way. You specifically agree that Whatever You Like Travel, LLC. is not liable for any consequential loss or damage.
