By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions

PASSPORTS/VISAS

I understand that if traveling internationally, I must have am responsible for securing a valid passport (valid for up to six months after the date of arrival to your travel destination) and depending upon the destination and the origin of my passport, I may also need to obtain a visa. Any cancellations due to lack of proper travel documentation will incur penalties as per Whatever You Like Travel, LLC (WYLT) policies at the time of booking. Visit www.travel.state.gov for specific requirements. If you are not a U.S. Citizen, please check with the consulate of the country to which you are traveling for entry requirements.

    CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY

    Canceled reservations must be submitted in writing and will incur a $50 cancellation fee per person to be paid directly to WYLT. This fee is separate and apart from the vendors cancellation policy and any non-refundable deposits. In most cases, please expect 2- 4 weeks for the processing of refunds.

     

    RESEACH AND PLANNING FEE

    WYLT reserves the right to charge a research and planning fee to all clients.  This is a non-refundable. The minimum fee starts at $50 to $300 depending on requested services.

     

    LATE PAYMENTS

    Failure to submit payments by the original final payment date requires our agency to negotiate an extension with the vendor. If an extension is granted, a $25 extension fee will be added to your final payment. If the extension is denied, the reservation will be automatically canceled and all payments received are non-refundable.  Additionally, the client agrees to and will be charged any and all fees assessed by the vendor for late payments.

     

    TRAVEL PROTECTION

    We always recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance is useful if you need to cancel your trip, if someone gets sick or injured while away, flight delays, flight cancellations, a missed connection or natural disasters, etc. Ask your Travel Agent for a quote!

     

    TRIP REVISIONS/CHANGES

    Any changes made to a reservation 24 hours after the initial deposit including passenger name changes may result in a change fee of $25 per change. Each passenger is responsible for verifying that their personal information is correct.

     

    PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE

    Whatever You Like Travel, LLC. aka WYLT or WYLTravel, may take photos or videos to use for promotional or commercial use. Your registration grants WYLT permission to do without payment or any compensation.
 
 

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount based on the information provided on this site.  The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler.   Don't guess!
